We work with Corporate Research, Corporate Venture Capital, our Digital teams and start-ups.
We’ve got some great Digital solutions at MVP stage. The Board has asked us how we could generate business impact.
Since innovation is a Top-3-priority in our company we were also told to figure out how we could ‘scale up Scaling-Up’.
I need a specialized agency which uses state-of-the-art methods and understands end-to-end innovation.
This is why I selected innovation-3.
In the new Scaling-Up process we also made clear how formal aspects should work, in particular governance, funding and which KPIs should be used at which part of the Scaling-Up journey..
We also initiated discussion about HR issues, in particular about the mechanics of HR transfer from and back to the core organization and suitable incentive schemes.
This MVP addresses high-level, architectural issues such as the overall funding (including balance sheet and Investor Relations considerations) as well as a portfolio of Shared Services. These will free individual scaleup from secondary processes and avoid repeat mistakes.
Community of practice
To support the awareness and the adoption of the radical innovations as well as the buy-in to the new frameworks we established a company-internal collaboration platform.
This platform contains the repository of all checklists and Best Practices and a space for sharing and discussing. Since the company’s CTO is a frequent contributor, the platform shows a good uptake.
