On May 10-11, 2014 innovation-3’s Frank Mattes will facilitate a 1.5 days Masterclass for alumni of the Dresden International University. These work for large multinational firms as well as for SMEs. The event has a B2B focus and is also open for non-alumni (more information below).
In designing the agenda, we followed our proven approach for a Senior Management workshop on “Embedding Open / Collaborative Innovation – Moving from singular Open Innovation activities to true Open Innovation” (See more information on “true” Open / Collaborative Innovation HERE).
The Masterclass builds on elaborated case studies. Within the innovation-3 framework for Open / Collaborative Innovation (see HERE), levers for moving up to the next level of Open / Collaborative Innovation maturity are worked our. Furthermore, the Masterclass focuses on four typical limiting factors that many firms are facing when the want to increase their maturity level with respect to Open / Collaborative Innovation:
